Community Health Worker Supervisor Training | Virtual Class

This exciting 2 day intensive workshop helps build skills for new and existing supervisors of front line staff. Each class is customized to meet the needs of the individuals and organizations.
 
Example topics include:
Policies and procedures
Data tracking
Implementing new screening tools
Staff scheduling and time cycle analysis
dynamic communication
leadership and management styles. 

Training is a total of 25 hours.
 2 learning lab days
10 Private One-on-One coaching sessions
 
Participants will have access to the schedule immediately after registration to begin to discuss topics most pressing to their work.
 
*Annual 1 hour coaching session required to maintain certification

Successful completion of the program does not guarantee employment but does enhance your employability in the community health worker profession. All participants who successfully complete the training will be automatically eligible for Everyday Life CHW Supervisor Certification.
