Service Description

Everyday Life Consulting has worked for the past decade traveling the country to consult and provide technical assistance to new and existing CHW Programs. Michigan Health Improvement Alliance has partnered to sponsor this exciting 3 day workshop. Day 1 will kickoff with the CHW 101 workshop where participants will learn the process of building a sustainable CHW program from design phase through implementation and sustaining. The second workshop CHW Desk to Door focuses on organizational practices and enhancing or trouble shooting existing programs. The third workshop focuses more on CHW data collection for continuous process improvement,sustainability and program scaling. We are included a bonus session on billing and contracting basics along with templates and tools. This workshop is intended for Program Directors and Executive Directors.
